This personal trip planner requests your location only after you tap the Discover or Coach button, or separately choose Use location in the optional AI concierge, and only if you allow permission in your browser. You can instead choose an itinerary stop without granting device location. We use the selected coordinates to locate food, drinks, and retail destinations and to build map directions. Your precise location is not saved in browser storage by this website. If you explicitly share location in the AI panel, the browser rounds the location before sending it with your submitted question. The AI requires an access code and a configured Cloudflare server secret; no AI request is sent simply by opening the panel.

When Google Places is connected, the site sends selected coordinates to its Cloudflare Pages function, which makes a request to the Google Maps Platform Places API. Google's privacy policy and terms apply to Google-provided data. Place details, ratings and review counts are shown in the moment; we do not persist or cache those Google results.

When Google Places is unavailable, the site can query the community-maintained OpenStreetMap Overpass service using coordinates to find nearby locations. This service may have gaps in coverage. Restaurant recommendations, ratings and hours should be checked before visiting. Map applications receive location/destination data when you choose directions or open reviews. Weather requests are separately served by Open-Meteo. The optional AI concierge sends your typed question, selected day's itinerary, prior recent messages and any location you explicitly share through your Cloudflare Function to OpenAI. If you ask about nearby venues after sharing your location and Google Places is activated, that service may also receive coordinates. The site does not persist these AI exchanges in localStorage.

Nearby distances shown are approximate straight-line distances, not verified walking distances; your route can be longer. The service is provided for personal travel planning without guarantees about completeness, business hours, suitability, or uninterrupted availability. Google Places data is provided according to the Google Maps Platform terms and Google Privacy Policy. The community venue data is © OpenStreetMap contributors.

Private live recommendations: Both Discover and Ask AI require the same private trip access code. The browser holds this code in tab memory only, not local storage. Cloudflare uses a small D1 database to count requests against shared trip allowances. The counters do not contain passcodes, traveler identities, location coordinates or chat content. When an allowance is reached, the paid API request is not sent.
